    • Named one of Red Hat’s 150 "premier technical contributors" and invited to IBM Tech 2023
    • Pitched and led a project to reskin our documentation experience
      • The update led to a 30 point NPS score increase from -17.5 to +14.6 over two quarters
    • Served as a Drupal and Front-end Architecture SME for projects
    • Created and maintained shared projects, including:
      • Internal web components including site navigation component used on all sites
      • Drupal 9+ Admin Theme used on most major sites

  2. Senior Front-end Developer -
    Red Hat

    • Created a navigation web component that is used on all Red Hat web sites that enforces branding, accessibility, analytics, and consistent functionality across all web properties
    • Responsible support, documentation, training, and communication of the shared navigation component for other teams
    • Worked to eliminate backlogs of technical debt in code and build
    • Overhauled on-boarding, system architecture, best practices, and other documentation and training materials which were all out of date
    • Responsible for updates and communication on the global front end for access.redhat.com, which is shared with a host of web sites and apps
    • Served as a front-end SME for documentation, site search, and other large projects

    • Lead front-end development of large-scale web projects, including: Carnegie Mellon University School of Computer Science (CMU SCS), AIChE.org, and SpaceX.com

    • Created & led web content management (WCM) strategy for the websites, including:
      • HUB Project (internal web content syndication and authoring)

  2. Basis - Default Theme for Backdrop

    • Designed and was lead developer of Basis, the default theme replacing Bartik in Backdrop
    • Built theme to make a good demo of Backdrop, but also to be a practical theme sites could easily customize, use, and sub-theme
    • Gave multiple talks and wrote an article on the design philosophy and how to use and extend Basis

  3. Backdrop Project Management Commitee -

    • Help manage direction and major decisions for Backdrop, the FOSS fork of Drupal
    • Contributed 3 major projects to the core project and authored multiple FOSS extensions
